DisSPatch OMS and Partner Mobile
Mobile Outage Management ties directly into Milsoft's industry-leading DisSPatch OMS. Dispatchers in your office will use Milsoft's outage management system the same way as always, while Partner Mobile synchronizes outages to their assigned crews. Crews will be provided with the simple and straightforward tools needed change outage status and make comments. A web-publishing application will allow you to provide your customers with a simplified overview.
DisSPatch AVL and Partner Mobile
Vehicle location integrates with Milsoft's DisSPatch AVL feature, allowing the integration of any Milsoft-supported AVL system. Truck positions are available to viewers in the office, the field, or both.
Partner Damage Assessment
Damage Assessment provides a simple tool for any employee to flag damaged or unsafe facilities. They can attach an assessment to a location or span in their map, or simply place it on the map. They can then flag the assessment with various damage types and attach digital photos. Assessments are stored both in Partner Mobile and sent to Milsoft DisSPatch.
